Sparkling White Quartz Countertops - Affordable & Eco-Friendly

Hey friends! I’m Rich Chen from Countertop Kingdom, your reliable Chinese quartz expert since 2008. I’m thrilled to spill the beans on our Sparkling White Quartz countertops today—let’s get started!

What Makes Sparkling White Quartz Special?

Sparkling White Quartz is a white quartz option, but it’s not your pure white kind!

Its particles aren’t fine—it’s got mirror and glass fragments scattered pretty evenly across the surface, giving it that unique sparkle.

This design has been a staple in China’s engineered quartz industry for years—definitely over a decade!

The bigger particles mean we use less resin, dropping the amount to about 8%, which is super low. Less resin makes the quartz slabs less likely to bend.

Compare that to finer designs like Calacatta White Quartz, where the resin content often exceeds 10%—not because it’s lower quality, but because those fine particles need more resin, no way around it!

The Eco-Friendly Edge

One cool perk of Sparkling White Quartz is that it uses up a ton of glass and mirror fragments—yep, the stuff we see every day!

It’s like an eco-friendly way to recycle waste.

But here’s the honest truth: after so many years, there aren’t as many waste glass and mirror pieces to buy anymore.

Glass powder and glass sand are in short supply and even out of stock sometimes.

Especially noteworthy: Nowadays, the Australian market demands that importers only buy silica-free engineered stone.

So, if you don’t want to give up the Australian market, what’s the solution?

Many factories targeting the Australian market are swapping quartz sand and powder for glass powder and glass sand. (The Australian government restricts crystalline silica, but not non-crystalline silica—and glass powder and glass sand are non-crystalline silica.)

So, glass is running out of stock. What to do?

Some glass factories now make new glass, smash it up, and sell the glass fragments and powder to quartz manufacturers.

Yep, some factories used to buy regular quartz sand to produce glass, and now that they know quartz manufacturers need glass sand and powder, they’re supplying those instead!

Isn’t that a clever little workaround? Ha, what do you think? As long as there’s demand, supply will find a way!

Pricing and Availability

Since Sparkling White Quartz has been around so long, the profit margins are pretty transparent.

Factory delivery prices are currently super low, which means many factories don’t earn much and aren’t too keen on making it.

Distributors? They probably don’t make big bucks either and might not push it much.

But for end consumers, it’s a great pick—low price, decent quality. It’s a super high value-for-money quartz design!

Of course, in the same Sparkling series, we also have Sparkling Beige and Sparkling Light Grey—both are just as affordable and generous quartz designs!

You might be wondering about black or brown options, right?

Well, we’ve got Sparkling Black, Sparkling Brown, and even Sparkling Dark Blue in production and sales. Oh, and there’s Sparkling Red too!

These are deeper or vibrant colors, and while the production tech and process are the same as Sparkling White—same single-color base with mirror and glass fragments; however, switching the base color to a deeper shade increases the cost significantly for workers to clean the production line after manufacturing.

So, naturally, their selling prices are higher than the lighter styles like Sparkling White.

Customization Options

Want a custom slab size? No problem!

Just keep it under the max of 350x200cm—smaller sizes are fine, but don’t go too tiny (email me to ask what’s too small!).

For thickness, you can go with 15mm, 12mm, or 25mm, but we don’t recommend thicker than 3cm.

Super thin? Like 10mm? We can discuss that via email—technically possible, but the price might not drop below 15mm.

Looking for Sparkling White Quartz tiles, like 800x800mm, 600x600mm, 400x400mm, or even 300x300mm?

Sure thing! We’ll work it out.

The price depends on your order quantity and thickness—let’s chat details!

Recommended Uses and Tips

After years in the quartz business, here’s my advice: all quartz slabs—Sparkling White Quartz included—are best for indoor countertops.

Think kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, kitchen islands, living room coffee tables, or dining tables—perfect for all!

Using it for walls? Possible, but less common—there’s wallpaper or tiles for that.

But please, please don’t use quartz slabs or tiles for flooring! Not a good idea. Why?

Two big reasons:

  • Installing quartz tiles needs pro skills—leave a 4mm gap, wait to seal after laying, or you might get hollow spots or cracks if done wrong.
  • In extreme climates (super cold or hot places), quartz tiles can crack from thermal expansion.

Regional Production Insights

Lastly, if you’re ordering Sparkling White Quartz, Shandong factories in northern China can meet quality needs at a budget-friendly price.

Want it from Fujian or Guangdong in the south? Totally doable, but it’ll cost a bit more.
